The Story Behind Team Tools Pro

Team Tools Pro exists because of a simple frustration: too much time spent on administration, not enough on building leaders and growing in Christ.

After serving in Tres Dias of St. Louis for over seven years — serving in numerous roles and head positions, including time on the Secretariat — I experienced firsthand how outdated tools and paper processes drain energy from what matters most. Every weekend involved the same scramble: hunting down the latest spreadsheet, deciphering handwritten sign-in sheets, manually calculating who'd paid what.

I knew there had to be a better way.

Team Tools Pro is that better way. It's not a generic database adapted for ministry — it's purpose-built for the unique rhythms of three-day weekends. Every feature solves a real problem I've encountered, designed by someone who understands the specifics of the team roles, who knows why table assignments matter, and who's felt the weight of making sure the details of each attendee are fully relayed to the proper team members.

Is my community's data secure?

Yes. Team Tools Pro uses enterprise-grade security with encrypted data storage. Your information is backed up and completely isolated from other communities. Only users you authorize can access your data.

Can multiple people use it at the same time?

Absolutely. Anyone you choose can have their own account, and you can control which features each user has access to. Changes sync in real-time across all users.

What if we're not a Tres Dias community?

Team Tools Pro works great for Walk to Emmaus, Cursillo, Kairos, and similar three-day ministries. The core concepts are universal to these movements.

Can we import our existing data?

Yes. Our data import tool accepts CSV files (exports from Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) and includes smart column mapping to get your member database loaded quickly.

What happens after the trial ends?

After 21 days, your account enters read-only mode. Your data is safe and waiting — simply subscribe to restore full access. We'll send reminders before your trial expires.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. Subscriptions are annual ($500/year) and can be cancelled anytime. If you cancel, you'll retain access through the end of your paid period.

Do you offer discounts for smaller communities?
